Traveler Profile

All clients are required to complete individual and company profiles, which are subsequently stored in the Reservation System.  Relevant information is conveyed to the service suppliers when reservations are made (e.g. special meal/seat requests, freqsuent flyer program numbers, contact numbers etc.)

Discloses information regarding political unrest, travel security and industrial strikes in order for clients to determine necessary travel modifications, such as immediate evacuation

Ticketing Expertise

A Team of Ticketing Experts with over 5 years of experience provide creative ticketing solutions with audit check to guarantee the lowest logical rates offered.

In association with Farestar, an In house Fare Search tool, we are able to access fares on all GDS platforms acrsoss all Globalstar partner locations in the world ensuring the most economical fares to our customers.

Fare Quotations 

Two fare quotations will be provided:

1.The fare for the requested itinerary based on the Company’s Travel Policy, if no corporate fare is available.

2.An alternative; the lowest logical fare available in the market. Quoted alternate fares can be mutually agreed on with the   Customer based on the conditions and restrictions attached to such fares

Our business relationships with major airlines such as Lufthansa, Air France, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific puts us at an advantage to enjoy competitive airfare

Due to our close relationships with top of the line carriers, it has been proven that Globalstar has a higher probability of obtaining confirmed seats. 

Vendors Negotiation

Our qualified and experienced staff help assist our Customers in negotiating Corporate Deals with the Airlines, Hotels and Car rentals as also corporate contracting to conference and incentive packages.

After Hours Emergency Services

In order to provide round-the-clock service to cover any conceivable request, our customers can reach the designated contact numbers on duty 24 hours/7days a week

Our service covers last minute travel requests, ticket issuance, reservation changes, transfer requests, travel assistance and monitoring of flights and any irregularities 

MIS Report

We have tied up with Datastar, an in house travel data capturing system, we are able to provide comprehensive management information reports on multiple levels. This enables the Management Team to monitor and manage travel budget and travel patterns of our customers

Keeping in line with the Globalstar pledge of realizing your travel plans hand in hand with you, our Account Managers will update you regularly on our new service implementations.

Other related travel information such as airline and hotel promotions, leisure packages and visa requirements etc. are relayed to you regularly

Service Level Agreement

Globalstar has an SLA in place to guarantee the performance standard is met and our services are delivered comprehensively. 

Regular meetings with our Account Management staff will review the performance periodically to correct the deviations to SLA if any

Risk Management

We have contingency plans in place to alert and to provide necessary assistance to travelers during any crisis situations
